Terrible atención telefónica. Tres días distintos llamando a tres diferentes horas y nunca atienden a la operadora. Si no tienen a nadie en este puesto, no lo pongan como opción.

PARA MI, ES UNA DE LAS MEJORES ASEGURADORAS, ES UNA MULTINACIONAL ESPAÑOLA, YO TUVE LA SUPER ATENCIÓN, EN TIEMPO Y EN TALLER, LAMENTABLEMENTE LA GENTE ES LA CARA AMABLE DE CUALQUIER EMPRESA, ASI QUE PIENSO QUE PRIMERO HACE FALTA EDUCAR LA GENTE, Y ENSEÑARLOS A TENER CARISMA, PERO EN SI LA ASEGURADORA ES EXCELENTE.

Horrible experiencia con esta compañía, de dos siniestros no cubrieron ni uno, uno llama y nunca te responden, piensan q se puede reír de los clientes, en la ciudad de Portoviejo la agencia administrado por Ing ADALIS MOREIRA ella piensa q se puede reír de los clientes es una porqueria esa atención , seguros mapfre fue la peor compañía con la q pude toparme . No se la recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo
