The staff is incredibly helpful and nice and the view don't even get me started! If you're looking for an off-the-grid feel, this is where you need to go! Short cab ride away from the city so you can actually relax and enjoy the scenery in the evening.

Made a reservation but the booked room was not available, so they wanted to put us in a smaller one (two beds for three persons) and wanted to charge more than said in their email. Thanks a lot but not again!

Ein tolles Hotel, mit sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Essen ist super und lecker. Die Zimmer und Sanitäranlagen sind sauber. Mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Sehr schön in der Natur gelegen. Man bekommt den Dschungel hautnah mit. Morgens wird man von exotischem Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und über die Bäume hinweg ist phänomenal, sofern das Wetter mitmacht und man zur richtigen Saison da ist.
Zwei kleine Mankos (und daher einen Stern Abzug):
1. Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Der Strand ist fußläufig nicht erreichbar. Zwar kann man sich immer ein Taxi rufen lassen, aber ein fahrbarer Untersatz wäre empfehlenswert.
2. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr schlecht. Der Empfang ist mal da und mal nicht. Das Schlechte daran ist, dass dadurch auch die Kreditkartenzahlung mal geht und mal nicht. Und bei uns hat es nicht geklappt, weswegen man dann runter nach Puerto López fahren muss, um Bares zu holen. Aber wer genug Kleingeld dabei hat, der hat da oben keine Sorgen, sondern kann sich wunderbar im Whirlpool entspannen.response / report this review -
