  We had a very bad new year's eve experience. Pricey for the quality of the food. The service was weak and they allow people to smoke in the bottom floor and stairs without any ventilation so the smoke heads right up to the restaurant. I have an asthmatic baby and we expressed our concerns but the owner didn't seem to care. Above all they overcharged us for two taxis, keeping about $16 for themselves while we asked for our change they dismissed my father. A sour experience for what was supposed to be a nice family NYE experience abroad.

  El lugar es bonito y bastante agradable para tomar un café, tisana o té (gran variedad de bebidas calientes), acompañado de un postre.
  Es para tomar en consideración que para cualquier alimento el tiempo mínimo de preparación oscila los 20 minutos por qué no manejan congelados o precocidad, no lo recomiendo para personas con algún problema para caminar o subir escaleras ya que los baños se encuentran en segundo piso.

  Agradable lugar por la vista nocturna ya que esta en un penthouse, sin embargo la comida estuvo pésima al parecer nada expertos en comida del mar, 3 de 4 platos nada buenos. Adicionalmente no cuenta con parqueadero.

  Great view, good steaks, this place has been a classic in Quito. I guess it once the whole floor exploded, and so they redecorated. I like their El Tartaro Steak. Highly recommended for dinner, so you can enjoy the view.
