  At some point was a very trendy and usually crowded outdoor mall with many places to eat, bars, discos, and more.
  Today the infrastructure is still there but most bars and discos are gone. Many are empty.
  Still has bank, big gym, beauty salon, food and others. Since it is not crowded any more parking always available.
