  We were impressed with Jungal tours when we booked our cruise with Them. We dealt with both Stephanie and Eugenia who were both helpful with booking us a 8d/7n cruise last minute. We asked for a detailed itinerary from Eugenia which she happily provided prior to booking so that we were fully informed of the tour we would receive. And after paying we left happy.
  However when we were in the Galapagos the service was a different story.
  First we were told to meet at a particular spot (for pick up by the crew of the yacht) which was wrong and because of this we missed the first days snorkelling and activities. Second, Our detailed itinerary was wrong and Eugenia mistakenly added certain tours that weren't included which meant day 4 only included an hour visit to Charles Darwin Station and no other activities.
  When we talked to the operators of the ship they tried to discuss with Jungal tours (in particular Stephanie) regarding the mistake that had been made. Instead of an apology we were told it was a confusion not a mistake. We were very dissatisfied at the way they handled this "confusion" particularly as Eugenia was "too busy" to talk to us and rectify the situation. All in all we would not recommend this company to anyone - and suggest people talk to the operators themselves as they have the best interests of the passengers at heart. We missed a total of a days activities due to the mistakes of Jungal tours (which were deciding factors in our choice to book with them) and when confronted about this they were rude, unapologetic and not able to take responsibility for their mistake. A real dampener on what could have been a fabulous experience.
