  We booked rafting with this company. We had a great time. Their equipment was all like new and we felt that they took good safety precautions. They were friendly and accommodating.

  Myself & my pal had the absolute pleasure doing Amazon , Galapagos, climbing, rafting, zip lining, canyoning, paragliding with Imagine Ecuador.
  
  We were able to sign up to so many activities becasue of their reasonable pricing. Despite the cheap pricing this did not mean they lacked in any way. We felt 100% safe in both the staff and equipment. The staff were all very professional, competent & fun.
  
  My favourite activity was Rafting and Canyoning. The instructor was fantastic & a real pro. I'd been Rafting and Canyoning once before in Nepal yet my time in Banos was better. The view of the nature was unreal and the instructor allowed me to enjoy it. I did not feel like I had to make any awkward chat.If you're thinking about doing it, then I 100% recommend you go for it.

  AWESOME TOUR COMPANY, GREAT ADVENTURES!!
  
  What a fabulous company. Not only are the tours themselves wonderful--we went paragliding, rafting, and canyoning--but the employees bent over backward to ensure we had all of the information we needed to enjoy our time in Banos. They recommended restaurants, tattoo parlors, and other attractions like natural springs and the huge swings. They were uncommonly patient in explaining things and obviously truly enjoyed their jobs. Imagine Ecuador is THE tour company to use in Banos!

  Excellent. BEST fun filled jam packed day of adventure and discovery. Will be back with the rest of my family. Each moment was fun and special.
  Excellent guide, we saw so many animals , the nature is so incredible, Amazing!! Love every minute of it. The youngest in our group was 9 and the oldest was 73. All had an spectacular time.

  Best agency in Baños. The staff is professional, discipline, and they are always doing their best to make you have a great and fun time. If you want to do rafting, canyoning, or paragliding, or maybe go to the jungle; if you are looking for things to do in Baños, look no further, this is THE place.

  I went canyoning with Imagine Ecuador, rented a bike there and also went paragliding and I can only recommend it!!! I noticed that there are many tour agencies in town, but most of them are just sellers that don't operate the tours themselves, so it is worth doing some research before booking your tour.Imagine Ecuador in turn does operate all its tours itself. The staff and guides are super friendly and very professional. You'll have a fun time and at the same time feel safe as they take safety standards very serious! The canyoning also includes a sandwich, drink and great pics that you get for free after the tour. I really loved it and can really recommend booking your tour with Imagine Ecuador!!!!

  My friends and I did several trips through Imagine Ecuador - 1 was Canyoning in Baños, the other was a 4 days/3 nights in the Amazonian Rainforest staying at their Lodge Guacamayo. Both activities were fantastic and organised so well, and communication from Juan in particular was greatly appreciated. Both of us were nervous about Canyoning, especially the rapelling part after having not-so-good experiences with it as children. However, we didn't need to worry as the team were calm, collected, professional, and above all, great fun! Our guide led the way, along with Darwin and Alex - all 2 were so great, we couldn't have asked for a better team to look after us. The fact we had a collection of photos from the day that we could take home included in the price was an excellent added bonus (made sure you have a USB or an iPhone/iPad for Airdrop to receive them though). We would jump at the chance to do this again now! As for the Amazon, it was excellent - most of our communication after the initial booking through Juan was done with the team at Guacamayo Lodge, so I will do a separate review on them - overall they were great though, so don't hesitate to book with them.
  Many thanks to everyone at Imagine Ecuador who had our time in Ecuador that much better!

  My family went zip lining today abd we had such a good time. Kids aged 12 and 14 loved it. Safety is a top concern and that helped me relax as my kids pushed off the platform for the first time!
  Better than the zip lining we've done Peru.

  It was an amazing experience, I had an awesome time with these people, I highly recommend Imagine Ecudor. Canyoning was so much fun! A must do thing in Banõs!!!

  Bikes were fine but not better than other ones (but we were told that they only have the newest and best bikes, of course). Way too expensive: 10$ for one bike for a day and non existent service - you can have better service for half the price in Baños. Also very arrogant and disrespectful staff, that didn't even try to help.

  Loved our canyoning experience with Imagine Ecuador. We had a great tour guide, the gear was super comfortable, and the waterfalls were incredible. Only wish it lasted longer!

  They did a great job putting up with us and our questions during the booking process.
  They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of during our trip.
  We had a private tour guide from Quito to Banos to Cuenca and many towns in between.
  
  Guide Daniel was top notch.
  
  It was one the best vacation trips I've ever had.
