Nice view, pleasant staff, good breakfast, and contemporary rooms, but bed was hard, room was too warm, and could hear a lot of outside noise at night.

Such a nice hotel,
Includes breakfast and a very nice view of the Zamora boulevard.
Not recommended for people that find a problem in walking upstairs.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. Good location and great breakfast. Staffs are really friendly too. Nice view from the cafeteria in the roof. Nice experience here

Excelente atención!
El mejor lugar para hospedarse en Zamora, es moderno, ofrecen buen desayuno, atención personalizada, habitaciones cómodas, fuimos en familia por 1 noche pero Zamora es tan tranquilo que decidimos quedarnos 3 noches. Muchas gracias al personal y a Maria Mercedes por sus consejos de lugares para visitar, ya llegamos a Morona! Mantengan muy bien vuestro tesoro! Un lugar que va en armonÃa con la ciudad y su gente. Atención de primera, las instalaciones muy cómodas y su personal profundamente agradable y cálido. Felicidades y éxitos siempre.
