  The windows let pass every sound of the street and the door giving directly on the lobby was the same. I could hear everything. The music goes on in the lobby up to midnight and started again at 6am. Needless to say I did not slept well. Except that the staff was friendly and the room nice for an abordable cost. Plus it's just between the terminal and the old town, which is nice.

  Fantastic location, services with friendly and professional service. An absolute enjoyment on my visit to Cuenca. The adjoining restaurant was wonderful as well.

  Location wise it's alright, it's a few blocks away from the main downtown area, the place is clean, even though it's a little dated, but for the budget price, it's fine. They also have parking on premises which is a plus if you're coming from out of town.
