Very good food. A bit overpriced, better service could be used.
Really enjoyed the experience of this hotel being centrally located with a short walking distance to many restaurants and shopping or short taxi ride. The Staffing was very friendly and the greeting area or foyer was very pleasant. I will definitely stay at this hotel again
Very good hotel in the heart of the financial district , so in the more modern part of Quito. Very close to quite a large mall with big brand names. Also close to restaurants. Hotel has a hot tub, steam room and sauna. No pool. Also has a nice gym. Rooms are nice and clean with lcd TV's.
This place is hunted.. Other than that: the amenities, staff, rooms and food are excellent
nice hotel. I stayed in apartment room which has in built kitchen(stove, oven, dish washer, fridge, washing machine). cost me $80/day. serbice was also good. cleans room everyday.
Awesome service, fantastic quality (food/lodging), great location
Beautiful hotel, spectacular service and exceeds expectations in every way. Very central with a lot of places to eat and shop nearby.
Super hotel con muchas comodidades. Desayuno de gran variedad. Servicio de lavandería, concierne, salones de reuniones, gimnasio, y su ubicación muy conveniente
Great service.
Great breakfast. Shrimp ceviche.
Crowded place.
Centric location with a mall nearby and a lot of restaurant options.
The location on the map it is no accurate. It makes difficult to get to the hotel.
Customer service was excellent, diligent and very polite. I was in a standard room and it still was big. I enjoyed my stay here.
Professional and modern conference rooms. Suitable for conferences, corporate training sessions and press conferences.
The place is adequate for meetings and staying. But the food quality could improve.
Great facilities and infrastructure
Excelente service! The hotel is is super nice and employees are worried about making your stay the best!
The rooms were great, the buffet in the morning was excellent, and the spa was a treat (although the hot tub wasn't heated or cleaned in the morning - no waking up to a soak unfortunately) but to our dismay our stay was affected by horrible staff. There were too many little problems to list in a review, but here are the major gripes our group had: We had taken out laundry for our group of 32 to a laundry service to avoid the $5-a-garment cost of the Sheraton laundry service. The laundry service left our clothes folded in bags at reception and we asked the front desk to store it untill we came back. When one of our group went to pick it up, the woman at the front desk attempted to extort the laundry money from us, even though we had already paid for the service. When this was pointed out and a manager requested, she backed down and allowed us to take our clothes. Another incident involved attempting to leave a room key at the front desk for one of our party returning from southern Ecuador late at night. The same woman from earlier refused to let us leave a key in what must have been an attempt at a power play. Having enough of her attitude we demanded to speak with a manager who assured us that it was fine. After this encounter the woman was blatantly fuming, and over the next three days she made it her mission to be as obnoxious as possible. Multiple notes were slid under our doors reminding us of our check out time, and the group leader's room was called multiple times throughout the day and night to remind us of our check out time. At one point a security guard was sent to check on rooms, demanding to be let in to investigate if we were smoking in our rooms. It was obvious harrasment. I've never been treated like such scum by a hotel employee, even the cheap hostels I've stayed at have had a more customer first attitude. I will definitely be avoiding Sharaton hotels in the future, and I will be informing any friends or family of my experience. It is unfortunate as the building is quite nice and would have otherwise been the best rooms we got on the trip, but the staff seemed hell bent on making us uncomfortable for a reason I can only interpret as petty revenge for escalating our problems to a manager. The employees seemed very amateurish, very different from what we expected from the Sheraton.
I've been there for an corporate event, the meeting rooms were good, staff very useful. Food was moderately good
