Excelente ubicación y buen servicio, la habitación que use era grande y confortable, sólo tiene un problema para subir maletas hasta llegar al ascensor q funciona desde el segundo piso. El parqueo es en el edificio de a lado y me pareció bastante seguro.

Excellent location! You can walk to markets, museums, restaurants, shops, and other attractions in Cuenca. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had several options and we all found something yummy to eat. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Wifi worked well for us. We recommend having coffee/tea/beverages for guests available at all times. We will definitely go back!!!

For the Hotel I would give it a 3 1/2 stars. For customer service I would give it a 5 Star ! There was a lady (born in Columbia) that works the front desk that also speaks English. She gave us 5 Star treatment for our family. We needed Cell phones, she told me where to go. I had trouble finding it, so she went herself, brought me back a selection of phones, and then got them activated for us. She sent us to the best places to eat in Cuenca, and made reservations for our next stay, and arranged transportation for us.
The hotel was a block from the downtown district, and easy to get to everything. We extended our stay because of the location, and service we received. We will be coming back.
