  We booked a room at the the San Sebastian. We had our confirmation and had contacted them a couple of hours before arrival. When we arrived, we were told there was no room for us and we weren't the only ones the hotel had put in this situation.
  
  We were told there were no other hotels within walking distance except one. They would not tell us where the other hotel was unless we paid first. We were charged $25 more than the other hotel's normal rate. We paid because it was dark, we were in an unfamiliar place and we were tired.
  
  The next day while exploring the area, we could plainly see there were several, at least 6, comparable hotels within a 2 minute walk.
