Es un lugar bueno en Guayaquil para hospedarse está cerca del boulevard ,9 de octubre donde uno puede encontrar absolutamente todo lo necesario para consumir. El desayuno es promedio pero el hotel está reconstruido.sobre todo el elevador que antes estaba bastante deteriorado. Ahora es más seguro el hotel en ese aspecto las habitaciones con comodas. Las del 4° y 5° piso son las mejores. En el primer piso se escuchan mucho ruido

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! If you like more than a three minute hot shower, too bad! The water got cold and when I called reception, they sent someone to tell me how to cut on and off the water. The water was still cold and then they told me that had a lot of guests. The toilet stopped up, but they were able to fix that. The room was dirty and the "couch" in the room was disgustingly dirty. I really think my dog's bed is cleaner than that "couch". There was one shining light in the dark however. The breakfast was good. It was simple, but sufficient.

I stayed here for one night on a school trip and was extremely disappointed. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was disgusting. The food was microwaved and cold and they served us jello for dessert in tiny plastic cups with plastic spoons. One of my friends with me is vegan and they gave her a spongey fake-meat thing that no one wanted to even touch. Our room was small and cramped with a window that clicked every time the wind blew (which was often as the hotel is located on the coast) and the sheets, comforter, and pillows were discolored and stained. All of the girls in our group received rooms similar to these while the guys received much nicer rooms with hot tubs, balconies, couches and windows. Our only window overlooked the elevator shaft and we had to listen to the elevator every single time someone used it. There were three people in my room with three beds and only two electrical outlets. We were forced to charge our phones in the bathroom. Overall, my experience here was terrible and I would give zero stars if I could. Very disappointed.

Everything was quite filthy. Stains on the bed sheets, stains on the pillow covers, bathroom was not nice. Overall, very disappointing
