Better than expected! Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice (eggs cooked to order with toast, juice and coffee). The manager showed us four rooms and let us choose which one we wanted. We had a problem with the toilet and it was fixed within minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was very happy that the WIFI worked very well. I was working while in Loja and needed good internet service. This hotel had better WIFI in the room than most of the chain hotels in the U.S. I was able to work from bed with a strong reliable signal. The location is walking distance from anything you need. I will stay here again if I find myself in Loja.

I will give 2 stars wifi bad or not working . 2ed day no one clean the room ir even bring toilet paper (((( My friends stay at 3 stars and all is much better there!!!!
