If anybody out there is trying to find great deals for hotels check out ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and these guys had the best rates any where!

I stayed there for a night because I was in the city and saw there was deal online. To sum it all up, it was an underwhelming experience to say the least for a 5 star hotel, the staff is ok, but the place is way overated.
I got there because I saw a deal online.
Once I checked in, the room was clean. Although tap water smelled, I'm not sure if it is a city problem or the piping system but taking a shower with that water was not an enjoyable experience.
The bar and restaurant were closed due to a couple of events happening that evening (they should have space for guests like any other hotel of a similar rating).
The minibar was empty even though it is advertised at the hotel's brochure.
Parking is kind of problematic due to the limited space and lack of marking.
Breakfast was included, yes. But for a five star hotel, you would expect good quality products but this time it was not the case. It was basically a breakfast you could expect from a 3 star hotel, which is not bad. But you were expecting something else.
I would not come back. I've been to manta many times and I can guarantee you that you can get an Airbnb for a cheaper price and have a better experience.response / report this review -

This Hotel is the worst. The staff not friendly. The apartments have a horrible sewer smell. The air conditioning doesn’t work. The water is not clear in the shower or faucets. The manager/supervisors don’t care about the complaints. The restaurant is overpriced and the food is not the greatest. I do not recommend anyone to stay on this property. You will be highly dissatisfied.
The pool is very small and dirty. The tile in the pool is very slippery. The drinks are very expensive.
We stayed here thinking it was a great place. DO NOT STAY HERE!response / report this review -

El hotel 5 estrellas de la ciudad de Manta con la mejor vista al mar, tiene comodas habitaciones, una piscina sin igual y playa privada, su comida es de primera y el servicio espectacular.

Hotel bonito. La zona de parqueo bien estrecho. No hay playa (el mar ya pega a la parte baja del hotel), el jacuzzi estaba bien sucio. Atencion buena. La habitación tenía fisuras del terremoto.

Muy buen hotel, tiene una vista al mar y el restaurante tiene comida muy desente. El bar tiene varias opciones de trabajo. El hotel tiene Acceso a la playa y tiene una piscina muy provocativa. hay GYM, entre otras cosas. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.
