Oro Verde Manta is probably the best hotel in Manta, Ecuador. I posted the scenery in front of my room, it is straight to the beach😍. But if we talk about the service, it wasn’t as good as other 5 star hotel that i have ever experienced😔.
In addition, this hotel is very strategic. You can only walk across the street to find the mall 🤩. Again, if you want to travel to ecuador, you rather rent a car than going with taxi, cuz you can go anywhere you wanna go. If you want to take taxi, you better take an uber than a local taxi, it is so much more convenient 👍🏻

Pure luxury. Stayed at many up scale hotels on my visit and Oro was my far the best! Food was amazing, breath taking views from any section and staff was very friendly and professional. Lots of lounging space, clean and the spa is an experience 😍 Right across from the mall to , very well thought out concept and idea. Top of the line

I enjoyed a 3 night stay at Oro Verde Manta. It was decent! The restaurant was nice, good food and well prepared. Some of the grounds are still under construction (fyi). Nothing too noisy though. The hallways into rooms are open to the street below, so it can be noisy with cars and honking horns at times (being so close to the mall). No direct beach access from the hotel due to construction? You can easily walk on the street to the beach however.

All in all a good stay and worth the money.

Good restaurant. They open at 6am the restaurant and the bread is home made, sweet and salty croissants, 6 kind of fruits, yogurt, French eggs, orange juice, a bar of salads, meets, etc. DELICIOUS the buffet and the menu food. The chefs are amazing in special Roberto Zulca. You are served in front of the ocean, you can see the people in the beach.. The birds The sunset

Very lack luster. Room was mostly clean but the furniture seemed pretty worn in considering that the room had been remodeled recently. AC had two settings freezing and off. Breakfast was ok, they kept running out of plates and cutlery and coffee despite the fact that there didn't seem to be a lot of people. All in all, this was a major let down after my stay in the Oro Verde Cuenca. The hotel's age shows and the whole facility could do with an overhaul.

Para lo que cuesta una noche allí. No lo vale. L atención es muy buena. La piscina muy linda. L habitación con olor a humedad, con corrosión en el techo. L nevera goteaba por abajo. El baño no era l gran cosa. Y el desayuno - bufete no es l gran cosa. Para lo q cuesta no es l gran cosa.

Weak drinks, poor attention to guests by the pool, not enough towels in room, no way to be able to dial for room service or anything; no directory and the labeling on the phone is not ledgeable.

Pricey for what you get. Rooms are clean and nice, cable TV, a/c works, hot water. There's a great breakfast buffet as well. Gym is nice, pool is big. But, I paid $95 for one night, just me. You can find great deals at other places just a 5-10 minute walk away for 1/3 of the price. Depends on what you want, but this is definitely high end. Location is nice though, pretty much a 2 minute walk from Playa Murcielago.
