  Noisy neighborhood. The a/c in the gym doesnt work. Te a/c in the rooms sounds horrible. The service is not very polite. For the price not recommended at all.

  Uncomfortable beds.
  Basic rooms .
  A.C. unit sounds like a aircraft propeller.
  No bedside lamp.
  Pool open till 8 pm.
  Crawling things I leave it at that.

  En mi visita a este Hotel, fue muy placentera, tienen amplias instalaciones, piscina, buen servicio, internet, lavandería y Tv, lavanderia, lo unico malo son los desayunos, los 5 días que estuve hospedado, dieron de desayuno huevos, no hay variedad en los desayunos

  Buen precio, es cómodo, la ubicación es privilegiada. Las habitaciones modernas son las más bonitas, mientras que la parte antigua del hotel se nota que tiene ya sus años. El servicio es de muy buena cálidad

  It's a good hotel in Guayaqil. But sometimes have problems like internet is getting slow, Breakfast is almost same for everyday, most of the people in reception are speaking in Spanish. Apart from this is a ok hotel.
  
  For one week staying this is fine but not for the longest time.
