Only spent one night there big it was clean and the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. I thought the price was a little high at $30 per night but I had the feeling it was nogotiable with a longer stay.

If you are looking for budget accommodation about 10 minutes walk outside of Montanita and it's noisy nightlife that's a place to consider. Relatively clean but old and basic accommodation. Didn't use the aircon in the room because it's so loud it would wake up all neighbouring rooms. Great view over the ocean and sunset though!
