  El hotel esta localizado en el centro de Latacunga, los precios son accesibles, todas las habitaciones tienen televisión por cable, el hotel también cuenta con servio de internet pero lamentablemente este no llega a todas las habitaciones, pero pueden hacer uso de ello en las zonas comunes.
