The best place in Loja.
I stayed here with my fam and we loved everyhing. Clean bedrooms with bath, no issues with hot water or wifi as is it usual. The Christmas decoration was lovely and the service is super kind The helped us till the end, the only thing u should work on is the swimming pool open hour I wanted to get it around 11 morning and they told me it will be open since 3pm which was a lie because I saw ppl swimming at 1pm so I really don't know who's right but in my opinion u should open the pool at 9 moorning when the sun is rising.

Nice,well located hotel. The room I had in 9th floor, facing the mountain was quiet, spacious and well kept. Breakfast was good w/ plenty of choices. ** According to some locals the area is noisy on Fridays and Saturdays.
