Es un buen lugar en el centro de guayaquil, muy cerca de ls atractivos turisticos principales de la ciudad, tours a los alrededores de guayaquil y zona segura para caminar, la atencion fue amable con muy buen trato ayuda para informacion de la ciudad. Recomendable 👍

Muy lindo hotel. Céntricotodo cerca. Personal muy atento. Un detalle a mejorar: deberia ofrecer servicio de lavanderiapero por lo demás muy satisfecha y contenta con mi estancia aqui.

The rooms are OK, we stayed in a single room for 2 days. The king size bed is actually two mattresses together and the sheets would come off everytime we sleep. The room was a bit humid but all of Guayaquil is, so turn your AC on. There's not really much to say about the room it's simple, quite old, it has an old TV with cable the bathroom is old and the toilet would work weirdly sometimes, the faucet would leak if you open it and the shower is just a regular cup out of a tube. The view from our room wasn't spectacular but not bad either, there's a tall building across the street but if you look on the sides you can see Chile ST and the bushes and such. The area is nice and you got the malecon nearby and other good restaurants around. The staff was helpful but didn't seem as they would at least pretend to love their job. Wouldn't stay here again unless I'm on a budget because it was pretty cheap for a hotel in the area or even airbnb. Also there are no outlets near the bed which is kind of a bummer

Es un hotel bonito. Aunque el costo deberia ser inferior para lo ofrecido. El desayuno y la atencion han mejorado con la nueva administracion.

I was very pleased with my stay at El Doral. The receptionists were extremely helpful and always available by phone or at the main desk.
I appreciated the hotel´s central location. One day the freshly squeezed orange juice was fermented. Wi-Fi was available in the entire hotel, but no screens were available for guests (contrary to the photo on line).
In rating this hotel I would have preferred a third category, between good and very good.
