Nothing luxurious and it was on a backroad but it was clean. About a 10 minute car ride to Chipipe beach and 45 minutes from Montanita and Olon. The owners were great and the breakfast was delicious - bolon, scrambled eggs and fresh juice. It's secure because the owners keep it under lock and key. That is the only drawback albeit a minor one. You have to ring the bell so they can let you in and out.
