Cozy. Pet and children friendly. Nice all-you-can-eat breakfast. Hot-water pools. Keep in mind that is not near of Cuenca's downtown.

This is a rather small but charming place. It's fairly clean and well organized. The service could be improved, e.g., the staff appears to be enforcing certain rules in different way to different customers. When I went there, some members of my family were not allowed access to the pool unless dressed in proper bathing suits. So we were forced to buy new bathing suits. However other customers were allowed in the pool while wearing jeans shorts.

Stayed here at the end of August with my family. The property itself is lovely but the service was very low. The pool that we anxiously wanted to use was full of the locals from morning to night. The cafeteria took exactly an hour for lunch of grilled cheese sandwiches and fries. I could go on but I will end with that above all this hotel is so inconvenient. We took so many cabs that I lost count of the monetary expenses. Every activity was in Cuenca and not Banos. Stay local , save money and try to find better service.
