  Beautiful home with added rooms in a convenient and nice area of Manta right near the beach. My room (#3) has a balcony with a view of the ocean. The staff are friendly and accommodating and gave me a good rate since I planned to stay for most of 2 weeks since it is located near a friend's house.
  Good desayuno included and a daily almuerza is available, good and inexpensive. All in all, 5 stars!

  Facilities and furniture need renovation. Spacious rooms. Staff isn't really motivated. The owners could be more relaxed, especially the lady. Central location near to the zona Rosa of Manta.
