Very clean and wonderful. Owner and staffs are so kind and very professional. Room is very clean and comfortable. Hot water is perfect. This is best hostel in Ecuador.

We had difficulty getting the rooms we booked at first but after talking to Pamela, she was very accommodating with the Amazon tour and bridge jumping.

For a great price you get comfortable beds, room service, clean and well equipped kitchen, and a friendly staff. Hot shower and fresh towels everyday. In the living room you can find all sorts of games to play and movies to watch. Highly recommend!

Not much to look at from the outside, but beautiful inside with friendly staff and probably the best rooftop views in town. Excellent kitchen and great location, booked a rafting tour in house and it was perfect. We had a top floor room with views and decent natural lighting, I imagine the inner lower rooms are not as good though.

Very nice and clean hostel. The hosts were very welcoming and answered all our questions. The hostel is located nearby the bus station in the center of the town. The room was very clean and the kitchen looked great. In the night it was very noisy from the other hostel nearby. The staff managed it witch was very nice

They say to accept credit cards, but THEY DON'T. Take this into account and avoid inconveniences.
Despite the bad experience I had with my visit on November. I made another reservation for December, like a month in advance. For which I just received an email telling me that my reservation is no longer valid, thus the room was already occupied.
Really? It took them A MONTH TO REALIZE THE ROOM WAS ALREADY RESERVED?
Such bad liars If you have a reservation and somebody else will offer them more money than you did, they will FOR SURE cancel your reservation and give your room to somebody else.response / report this review -

Situated conveniently close to main bus terminal in Banos. A very good price for room with bathroom. There are two well equipped and very clean kitchens that guests can use. Staff are always on hand to help and also offer luggage storage.

Great hostel. Highly Recommended!
We arrived at 5am and they let us check in early.
The room was large and clean with a great shower.
There are 2 fully equipped kitchens and free drinking water available.
Large common area with computer and a pool table on the top floor.
The staffs are also friendly and helpful.
Wi-Fi was generally pretty good but sometimes it dropped out when in our room.
Overall, what a great hostel to stay at. So glad we chose this place.response / report this review -

Cosy hostel with clean and nice rooms and friendly staff. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is beautiful. Make sure that you ask for a room with a window. The hostel is well located, but you don't get breakfast there.

I have spent nearly a year in Central and South America and I think this maybe the cheapest place I have stayed at. Its $6 for a dorm if you stay 3 nights or more, $7 if less then 3 nights. Now normally the cheapest place will give you a bed, usually WiFi but not much else which is fine but not here. It may not cost much but it feels much more upmarket. Every dorm comes with a bathroom with hot water. There is WiFi on every floor, a games area, free computers and a TV with cable.
What it also does so well is little things. There is free tea, coffee and hot chocolate, rain jackets you can borrow, a towel and soap everyday, super cheap laundry, beds cleaned every day and very helpful staff.
If you stay during the week it's pretty empty but book ahead at weekends as Banks fills up.
I cannot recommend it enough.response / report this review -

Quiet and cozy hostal away from the loud noise of downtown Baños, especially on weekends. Good kitchen and built-in tour operator
