  Clean and comfy room with strong hot water. Nice staff. Good location. Free drinking water. They also have a huge rooftop with tables and chairs. However, the sound proof is bad, anything happening outside the room, you hear it all (people talking, cleaners chatting while cleaning in other rooms, wooden floor cracking when people passing by, etc.). The wifi is super unstable and half of the time does not work. And if you stay in the room till late morning, they will call you or knock the door to check if you want to clean the room.

  Ótima opção de estadia em Cuenca, limpo, amplo, cama boa, com muitas cobertas e quartos espaçosos.
  Banheiro atende muito bem, banho quente.e volumoso. Café da manhã muito bom, com saladinha de frutas, cereais, ovos mexidos, pães, satisfez a todos.

  Localização maravilhosa.

  This is what I wrote to Casa de Lidice.. and this says it all!!. #ServiceSucks!. your website states $20.40 for a single room plus tax 12% ie $23 .. also you state PETS ARE FREE and NO need to request this service in advance.. so when I ring up and ask you the price direct, I don't know how it becomes $30 USD unless you are tying to take advantage of a foreigner!! Well obviously that is the case, as your staff told me it's $5 USD extra for the dog, because she is not small?!.. As IF size matters, when she does not bark and is bathed, with all her vaccines. Don't bother to wonder why people dont turn up!
