  The rooms are nice and clean. Hot water is always available, it is also possible to wash your clothes for free. It is a bit far away from the town centre, however it does make up for it with some pretty nice views.

  Very nice host. It seemed that he truly wanted us to enjoy our stay! We ended up staying 7 nights and on the last night, the volcano started erupting (beautiful sight, not scary at all) and our host knocked on everyone's doors to make sure we witness it :) comfortable beds and extension of stay possible. A bit of a walk from the center but totally worth it!

  Went for breakfast on their rooftop restaurant. Breath taking view of the Banos waterfall. Food was average, good coffee. Really slow service. Go have coffee, check out the view, eat somewhere else.

  Owners are amazing. I planned to stay 2 nights and ended up staying 5 after getting sick. They were very helpful driving me into town for food and some medicine.
  
  Free laundry service to boot!
  
  Only the kitchen is a common area though so maybe not too social.
