All the hotel is dirty. You see this from the windows in the vans to the rooms. Bad service. Unkept public areas. Unkept rooms. Dirty public bathrooms that are cleaned at most once a day. Besides, it is supposed to be all included but all activities, one pays extra. Drinks are included but you can't order shots, just prepared drinks.

It is a natural place surrounded by mountains. It has different areas of entertainment. The buffet is delicious.

:( i traveled 10 hours to be with my family, they were waiting for me into the pools, but they won’t let me in because they don’t allow the entrance at noon, even tho, I explained the situation and I want to pay for the full day, only for let me in and be with them not even in the pool. Not me or my family are going back to this place

Had to wait a lot until I got on the car that brought me up to social area. My dad's phone got stolen immediately after he left it for half a minute on the pools side chair.
