  Staying one night at the hotel in group context we (as a couple) were put into one of their double suites. Even though it was a double room everything including towels were singular. The whole bathroom smelled of some chemical cleaning stones that were left behind by presumably the cleaners. The suite overlooked some weird dead corner of the building that seems to be used to store building materials. To their credit we could switch to the next room quite fast, which was also not well prepared in any way, with a view on the same weird corner.. Maybe this is an incident, but it was not really a nice surprise as the hotel itself lays in a beautiful location.

  Me encanta la vista de este hotel. Tiene un salón de eventos divino, en donde puedes visualizar toda la cuidad de Riobamba. La comida estuvo deliciosa.
