This afternoon I went with the intention of quoting an import service. When we went up and stamped to that office, a woman with all the laziness in the world answered us by telephone that the attention was by appointment. I told him that they would do well to indicate the appointment on their website and very complacent replied that it was indicated, when it is not. He did not even bother to open the door and give that explanation face to face. I retired very annoyed desisting to know something more and less to hire such a service.
