  El gold gym es una cadena de gimnasios, las máquinas son básicas, no hay mucha flexibilidad en las clases de yoga, las bicicletas para la clase de spining son muy viejas y no las reparan, dicen que hay entrenadores pero no te hacen mucho caso. No es barata la membresía.

  Excellent gym - visited it frequently (two or three times per week) when I lived in Guayaquil. Never had problems with the equipment - clean and bleached a couple of times per day. There was always a price discount sale going on, so I would buy my membership 4-months at a time. Met lots of new friends therethe staff very helpful and friendly. I plan on moving back to Guayaquil soon and will make Gold's among my first stops upon returning.

  worst gym i have ever had the misfortune of joining. Equipment is old and nasty. Treadmills are always covered in sweat. Place smells like bad body odor. Very dirty gym. Members must pay for lockers so nobody uses them and members leave bags all over gym. Very unsafe. Also nobody picks up their weights so weights are all over the gym. Employees do not pick them up either. For the amount of money they charge in a 3rd world country, they are a rip off. Better off going elsewhere or not at all
