The facilities of the building are deteriorated, little lighting and it looks dirty but it must be because of the paint that must be several years old, generally that happens with the buildings in that sector since they have been around for many years, the offices are small, It is not a tourist place, therefore it is not possible to give a recommendation to visit it.
