  It is a noble social help without any doubt, additional very good doctors, preferential prices in pharmacy, laboratory, images, etc., prices that can be paid, BUT the evil lies from the admission with an arrogant, rude guard, who yells at people Obviously the most humble, I witnessed it (that's why the comment), from there we go to information where asking is like a sin, the boxes not to mention that with a $ 10 bill they ask for loose after doing 15 minutes or more in the row, staff should be instructed in customer service and be more humane, since the service is not free, you pay and it is not correct for staff to treat people like that, reminding them that they come to treat health and not to spend time. I am not a civil servant, if you want to check prices, call the foundation, go to it or Google search the phones and call, I only put my opinion on customer service when I witnessed the mistreatment of a client.

  They should give a PUBLIC RELATIONS course TO ALL THE PERSONNEL THAT WORK WITH YOU. It is unfortunate, that they DO NOT say hello, they yell at people, they mistreat people. I HOPE CHANGE THAT SITUATION

  First of all, the prices are affordable, compared to other places. But I have had two bad experiences since I have been coming since July. The first one with Dr. González at mapaingue, who does ultrasounds, 1 hour waiting for her for the service and when claiming for the waiting time she gets upset more than one and does her job badly. Send patients to pay for ultrasounds again for not guiding them and telling them that their bladder is not completely full.
  Second, I had an appointment today Saturday at 9 am with Dr. Gonzáles gastroenterology, he arrived at 9:40, without apologizing for the lost time. To attend shifts that he has from 8 am. It is not fair, that for paying less they run over people in this way.

  Todo bien, si quieres que todo sea perfecto tienes que ir a un consultorio privado donde vas a pagar más. Acá todo es económico y con buenos doctores.

  Este lugar es el peor centro medico que hay en todo guayaquil llegue media hora antes de mi turno y la doctora que hace encefalogramas a llegado hora y media tarde administración solo indica que ya viene ya esta llegando los baños son deplorables el ambiente es de lo peor están construyendo en partes donde hacen esperar al público y esta lleno de polvo y lo peor es que no respetan el turno con el que te venden la cita puesto dicen que hubo un turno comprado con días anteriores mientras que el tuyo aunque diga turno uno y te hagan venir lo más temprano te dejan en 3er o 4to lugar para ser atendido
