Crapy breakfast, the hot water never worked, they said that would fixed but it never happened and the TV didn’t work. Even though the attention was good, I would not recommend this place, there are better hotels near with cheapest prices, If we compared with the size of the room they gave us.

An excellent hotel, the whole hotel has a very welcoming rustic feel. A staff attentive to all requirements. It has a café terrace with a very striking view of the Mariscal sector. It is located in a privileged area for tourism in Quito. Recommended 100% for your stay in Quito.

Un excelente hotel, todo el hotel tiene un ambiente rústico muy acogedor. Un personal atento a todos los requerimientos. Tiene una terraza café con una vista muy llamativa del sector Mariscal. Lo único bueno de este hotel es la atención de las recepcionistas, muy simpáticas pero poco eficientes.
Estuve en dos habitaciones. La de la planta baja, para discapacitados (?) es gigantesca, con sofás y todo. El detalle: el armario es mínimo y el barral para las perchas está a más de metro y medio de altura. No sé cómo alguien en silla de ruedas podría colgar su abrigo… lo mejor de esta habitación está en la ducha, en un compartimiento separado del resto del baño, inunda la habitación ya que el desagote no funciona. La solución ofrecida fue poner un montón de toallas para absorber el agua.
Ahora bien, la "perla" de este hotel es el pésimo servicio de desayuno. Los encargados son mal preparados y bastante maleducados. Nunca hay información sobre lo que te servirán. Ciertamente el pero desayuno que tuve en 20 días de andar por Ecuador en 6 hoteles diferentes!
Conclusión: no vaya a este hotel a menos que sea para pasar una noche y salir de madrugada!response / report this review -

Gute Lage,alles Fuß läufig erreichbar, Zimmer o.k. , Wasserdruck schwankend ,aber heißes Wasser vorhanden.
