Stick to takeout pizza. Perhaps I picked the worst item on the menu, and perhaps I visited on the worst day of the year, but my dine-in experience was horrible. This is what I know first-hand. On a Saturday night the crowd was manageable, and sitting down was easy; except, after ordering and receiving agua con gas, what initially I believed a transient waft of exhaust smell following our entrance did not dissipate. Upon asking about the unpleasant odor the floor manager admitted it was the traffic of fumes-spewing blue buses on the front street that afflicted portions of the dining areas. So we were reseated to one of the few non-diesel-smelly corners. Food arrived. My spaghetti with clams were (1) overdone, (2) overpoweringly fishy smelling and fishy tasting (I'm talking dry bacalao level), (3) the clams had the texture of sea urchin, rather than being chewy as clams are wont to do, (4) overall unedible. I picked at my plate and left it fundamentally untouched. Fortunately the other order (a simple pizza) was passable, so we shared that. At cleanup time the waitress asked if all was ok. When I replied the pasta was terrible, she assumed a deer-in-the-headlight stance and smiled, either in unbelief or condescendingly (depending on interpretation). I suppose the event was above her pay grade to handle, but nothing came of it and I left it at that. Never, ever again: avoid at all costs.

Good pizza, but slow time to serve, just need a little bit more of customer service knowledge, and always be ready for when there is no one and when its full.
Time is the one here that plays a wrong turn for them, rather than that Pizza is amazing.

Authentic Italian style pizza. The crust is good, and they use Italian tasting cheese which is rare in most South American pizza shops. (Imported cheese is hard to find down here) Good salads as well. They do a large carry out business from a not so large kitchen so diners at the same table may not get their food at the same time. They offer a decent wine selection as well along with local beer and a few imports. Because it is good and authentic, they bring in a lot of expats. I'll have to go back to try the pasta.
