Nos presentamos en familia en diciembre y no nos dieron visami hija cumple años el 3 de febrero y era su regalo de sus 11 añosmi pregunta cuándo puedo volver a presentarme??? Sólo la niña y yomi esposo y mi hijo no quieren ir.gracias.

The website is a little confusing, and seems to randomly change, with links sometimes not working. Despite this annoyance, once you are able to make an appointment and you show up (even a little bit late) ;) -- the staff are fluent in Spanish / Espanol as well as English, very intelligent, polite, and helpful. If you have any difficulty making an appointment online, it may be best to call by phone for assistance. I had lost my passport & all other I.D. except for old drivers license, and despite my not following all the online directions for getting a new passport, once I had an appointment and showed up at the embassy, the whole process was surpisingly smooth and quick. My new passport arrived in only 8 days.
