  Words cannot describe the amazing experience that we had at El Maiz. We ordered the empanadas chilenas and the ceviche de pescado as appetizers. The dough on the empanadas was incredibly light and flaky, and the ceviche was by far the best ceviche I've ever had in my life! I ordered the pernil dish, and it was spectacular. I would highly recommend El Maiz to anyone visiting Cuenca!

  Servicio muy lento y comida nada excepcional. Tardaron 45 minutos en traer el jugo, 30 para la sopa y entrantes. Y el principal más de 1 hora. Además, una de las comidas tenia un pedazo de plastico.
