My experience with Ecuador Estates was terrific!! I went on vacation to Ecuador with my son. While we were there, we decided to look at a possible vacation rental with Matthew Sanborn. He sat down with us and asked us exactly what we wanted in our property search. He delivered with exactly what we asked for. I loved the property that he found us so much, that I bought it. Now I have a beautiful retirement property that I rent when I'm not there for extra income. Matt made this whole experience wonderful and I really couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks so much Matt.

My friend and I went on a real estate tour with Ecuador Estates. They showed us 4 great newly built properties in Salinas and Puerto Cayo. We had a good experience and I would definitely recommend working with them. We put money down on a beachfront lot in Puerto Cayo. We heard this morning it was the last beachfront one. Got there just in time.
