The Guest house is quite spacious featuring 2 levels.
You have a kitchen, Washroom/shower, TV area, Bedroom and a nice area outside.
There are 2 big beds along with dressers and a night stand.
The sleeping area is nice and cool at night without the need for an air conditioner.
The Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee maker, blender as well as dishes.
The TV area of course has a large TV, Couch, Table and a Android Media player (Amazon fire).
The bathroom/shower has all that you expect.
Len and Trish are very Welcoming and extremely helpful.
They can advise you on what you can see around Cuenca and popular spots for dining out.
The location is absolutely perfect, about a 5 minute walk to the river or Supermaxi (Supermarket), as well as being very close to the city core.
Buses are very cheap here about 25 cents USD each way and Cabs were always under $2.
On the table in the TV room you are provided with a binder that has a map, some coupons, business cards for restaurants as well as the Wifi password.
You do have access to a BBQ outside and you are provided with utensils in the Kitchen drawer.
The Building has a security guard as well as a convenience store in the side.
Conclusions
The Eagle guest house is in the perfect location,
Has knowledgeable hosts,
Is Extremely comfortable,
Kept very Clean,
Secure and very cost effective.
We stayed here for two weeks and had a blast.
I highly recommend staying here for your visit to Cuenca.
