Not only does Dr. Victor Carreno have a spotless office and professional employees, he did an excellent job on my bridge. We as a community are very fortunate to have such a wonderful, giving couple who are involved in the welfare of the total community. Thank you so much for going beyond.

Fantastic services!!!
Dr. Victor, his lovely wife Jennifer and the team are very professional, skillful and friendly. The clinic is very clean, good price and we got very good vibes from here.
My hub and I just moved to Manta, Ecuador and I have to continue my braces here. Since neither of us speaks Spanish (yet), an English speaking dentist is absolutely necessary for me. Dr. Victor and Dr. Fanny explained everything to me clearly what will be the plan for my braces program and I am super comfortable and confident to have them continue doing my teeth.

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff and there’s a good energy at their office. Dr.Victor Carreno and Dr.Fanny Suarez explained everything thoroughly and clearly, which gave my wife and I the confidence to trust in their work. Both doctors took excellent care of my wife's issue with her braces, and went out of their way to make her feel calm and comfortable:)
Furthermore, no up-selling! They are not focused on providing unnecessary work just for revenue sake and services are honestly priced!

My front tooth filling fell out while on holiday in Ecuador and I feel so lucky that I was headed to Manta where Dr. Carreno was at the time! He fixed my tooth for $50 and it looks better than the original filling I got in the U.S. (which cost much more). His office is high-end, clean and completely modern and his staff are very welcoming, professional and speak fluent English and Spanish. I'll probably fly down to Ecuador again to see him if I have any other dental issues! Highly, highly recommend.

I had the best experience at Top Dental with Dr. Carreno and his lovely wife Jennifer. They are both so warm and welcoming, and made sure my visit was a good one. From the clean and bright office to them taking the time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions, I felt like I was their only patient. I was very satisfied with my visit and most importantly the results. I highly recommend Top Dental to anyone in need of dental work. You will be well cared for and receive expert, professional service. I will definitely be back for another visit.

After my wisdom tooth extraction in Quito, I went to a small town at the coast, Mompiche, where I thought I had a serious infection.
Dr. Carreño and his wife were very friendly and informative through Whatsapp. We got to Manta the next day, and first thing in the morning we could see the doctor. He diagnosed dry socket and relieved the pain greatly by his treatment.
He is very competent, informative and reassuring. I am extremely happy to have found him as he is a great profesional and a nice person!!!response / report this review -

Professional, gentle, and skilled. I was able to get an appointment quickly via emailing with the office manager, Jennifer (also wonderful!). Offices are clean and modern and there wasn't a single thing that I couldn't recommend. Prices also were exceptionally fair and they even have a print out of what things cost, something you never find in the US!

Our experience with Dr. Carreño and his lovely Wife was phenomenal! We both usually dread the idea of having to visit the dentist, however, his particular care in dealing with our needs, placed that fear aside. We would recommend him to anyone in need of excellent dental care

I have been in Ecuador for 6 months now. I have asked around to find a good dentist. 99% of the people I've asked have said Dr. Victor Carreno. I was happy for the recommendation but concerned for I am use to US standards. Well, I needed to go in and I took the chance. I was over the mood to see how incredibly Clean, Professional, nice and state-of-the-art the place was. Nicer than my Dentist office back in the States. I was just as impressed with Dr.Victor Carreno. He is Ecuadorian but spoke perfect English which was great since my spanish is horrible. He did the work and I could not be happier with how my tooth feels now. I found out that he did his schooling in the US. I now know why so many people recommended him and I too recommend him for all your dental needs. Thank you!!! Kathy

As everyone who has moved abroad will confirm, to find a specialst for all aspects of our lives in a new country is a challenge. So it is with a certain amount of smugness that I can declare in Victor and Jennifer I´ve found one!
The whole process, from the moment I arrived for my first consultation to the point at which I left after my treatment, was a first class experience. I was given an honest appraisal of the conditipn of my teeth, clearly explained alternatives in respect of treatment and most importantly, in my opinion, the assurance that whatever the circumstances regarding my teeth Victor, with the support of Jenny and his staff, are there for me. Quiero contarles que tuve una gran experiencia con mi cirugÃa de terceros molares, el Dr. Victor Carreño fue muy profesional y atento; me operé en una sola sesión los cuatro terceros molares porque sentà mucha confianza y seguridad por parte del Dr., en realidad fue la mejor decisión que pude haber tomado porque no sentà ningún dolor, ni tampoco tuve hinchazón (estuve en las mejores manos) y mi recuperación fue muy rápida lo cual me hace sentir muy satisfecha y feliz, por eso recomiendo 100% al Dr. Carreño porque es un excelente cirujano y un gran ser humano, la atención es de primera! No duden es visitarlo, no se van arrepentir..

Excelente Doctor 100 % recomendado, mi cirugÃa de incisivo central retenido en el maxilar fue perfecta,no sentà dolor ni molestia alguna, me sentà muy cómoda durante el proceso, el doctor y su equipo muy profesionales, no duden en visitar al Dr. VÃctor Carreño.
