  Yesterday I experienced the worst experience of my life. I ask to reinforce the security in the historic center.
  I was walking with a friend in the Olmedo and Montufar, arriving at the Julio César Hidalgo Coliseum to take my bus in the central market. A pregnant woman with two children and two men approached to assault me. The pregnant woman took me from the diver and pointed a knife at my neck. The only thing I could do was scream and run. At the corner the car attendant from that coliseum approached us and warned us that they were going to follow us to go to the police. We went to this police district and they told me they could not do anything because they had not stolen me.
  They did nothing and there are never any policemen when they are needed.
