Steep hike on varied terrain. A sketchy scramble at the top. Worth it!! Nice views of multiple volcanoes on a clear day

Top 1 place to go in Quito. From teleferico to the top is 3 hours, but if you walk and climb faster could be much least. Back and forth around 4 hours if you are in good shape and daes to have problems with the high altitude, on the top is 4.780 meters over the sea.

Be well prepared, and start in time.
The earlier the better.
Check the weather before you go.
If you reach the summit, the view is fantastic!

Easy access through the cable car. Very nice HiKE until the summit. Weather changes rapidly there.

It's an "easy" 4800 summit as you can take the cable car to the 4200. Quite cold and windy on the top but worth the climb. In a clear day it must be amazing.
