Hice una rserva con 5 días de acticiapación. La propaganda dice: todas las habiacionesc con TVcable y wifi, pues no existía ese servicio en las habitaciones que me asignaron. Mienten, estafan. Propaganda de Infraestructura engañosa e incompleta, trato al cliente pésimo. Nadie me llamó a darnos explicación y nadie nos asistió en los problemas que los encargados concían desde el principio, porque al inicio eran otras.Las habitaciones fueron en un edificio diagonal al que sale en la propaganda. La encargada, al hacer el reclamo lo que supo decir es que agradezcamos que nos dieron las habitaciones más grandes. En la noche no cerró la puerta con seguro en una de las habitaciones pero no hubo nadie en la recepción en este edificia nexo ni en el queestaba en el malecón que solucionara este inconveniente. Pagué 100% adelatndo por dos habitaciones. Les dije a la encargada Srta. Adela, que esto era una estafa a lo cual respondió que no eso no era estafa porque tuve habitaciones. Me dio el telefono de una Sra. que me dio el nombre de Rocio Cedeño. Al dar detalles de mi reclamo me dijo que llamaría a Adela para escuchar su versión y que me devolvería la llamada pero han pasado 18 hora esto y no he recibido ninguna respuesta.

No me hospede pero al preguntar me dio una impresión de que la atención no iba a ser muy buena, las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado y y no había cochera y la atención de la recepcionista despectiva.

Yo estuve hospedada ahí hace unos meses y cuando llegue me dieron una habitación demasiado antigua y sucia, yo pedí que me cambiarán de habitación y si lo hicieron pero me cobraron un extra porque esa habitación era más nueva

Un lugar que visito al menos una vez al año desde hace poco años. Los Cocos se encuentra ubicado estratégicamente en la ciudad de Salinas. Sobre el malecón y frente a sus playas. Un hospedaje cómodo para relajarse. Actualmente tiene una excelente cocina para disfrutar de la gastronomía del lugar

Absolutely awful experience at Cocos Hotel. We stayed here over New Years, and ended up booking the only room available online (a triple room). When we arrived, we were taken to a small room at the very back of the hotel, with only a bed in the room (a double room). We considered staying in the small room, but upon remembering the high rates that we were forced to pay for a triple room, we decided to go back to the front desk (hoping to either get moved to the right room, or get some money back for the change in price). The girl at the front desk argued with us, saying that there was only two of us, and that we should stay in the double room. We tried to explain that we'd paid for a triple room, and that we should have received what we'd paid for, but she threw her hands up and claimed that she didn't understand us. We left the desk stating that we would be writing an online review for the hotel. A few minutes later, someone came to our room and told us to quickly get our things as they were moving us to a new room. They moved us to a triple room, which we appreciated as it was what we had paid for. The rest of our experience was in keeping with our introduction to the hotel. The staff treated us rudely, ignoring us occasionally and giving us dirty looks, making us feel uncomfortable for asking to be put in the room that we'd paid for. The rooms themselves were basic - the air conditioner was broken, the towels had large holes in them, there was a dead cockroach on the floor when we entered the room, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was quite terrible. If you are looking to get ripped off and treated badly, then this is the place for you. If you are looking to have an enjoyable experience, then don't stay here. This place is rundown, and they seem to scam people consistently. Terrible, terrible hotel.
