Their movie was broken. They tried to restart 3 times. They will not refund tickets. Instead, they gave us a voucher to return another day within 2 weeks. We came 1 week later to find out they were not replacing the broken movie in English. They would only play the Spanish version. It was a PG13 movie. The only remaining movies in English were R rated. We had no other choices for our family of 4. We lost our money. They never gave us a refund or extension.

La atención es excelente, en todas las áreas del cine. Al comprar el combo de canguil nos informaron que teníamos un refill, presentando la misma funda y el ticket de compra.

La atención al cliente es buena pero en las salas de cine, las personas ( o clientes) no son muy respetuosas en cuanto a sus acciones

Buen cine, algunas salas son muy pequeñas y en ninguna vale la pena sentarse en las 4 primeras filas porque no están en forma de gradas y es muy cerca e incómodo ver la película así. De resto, buen trato del personal y si compras online te dan descuentos en sus combos para Canguil, Gaseosa, etc.

Nice and clean theater. The seating could be better in the terms of the layout but it's comfortable. Also it would help to have films that aren't "the most popular"

Es mi cine favorito, el problema es que a veces entra cualquiera, ejemplo en jhon wick 2, hubo un problema de 2 imbeciles que se empezaron a pelear en media pelicula, ojala los 2 tipos ridículos vean este comentario, que gentuza ordinaria, fuera de eso me encanta ese cine. Y los martes locos son lo mejor.

Best movie theater in town, with a good variety of movies at a decent price. Get there early it gets pretty busy.
