  Small, quiet plaza. Has a variety of eating options like Asian cuissine, Artisanal pizza, BBQ-style and more. Has stores ranging from clothing to jewlery, and from dance studios to pharmacy. As well as having stores, it has a office complex on top of everything.

  The life saviour of all the Miravalle / Grande vista/Ranchosan Francisco neighborhoods. It has a mini market, a pizza place, some small but good restaurants. The main attraction is Corfu were you can enjoy ice creams as well as coffee and excellent pastries.

  Centro Comercial excelentemente ubicado para los que vivimos en el área de Miravalle, Tanda y Nayon.
  Tiene una vista espectacular.
  
  Lo malo es un ambiente apagado y frío, pocos almacenes abiertos.
  
  En mi opinión un par de bancos y un supermercado de los principales sería lo óptimo para activar el sitio.

  A great view to the valley and Cotopaxi volcano. Friendly and familiar environment. Best coffee shop around> Latte mi Corazon where I tasted the best tamales and a smooth Ecuadorian coffee
