A diamond, this whole area was reclaimed. It was once a dangerous place then it was re rebuilt as an entrainment and cultural destination. This is a "must see"

Safe place to walk along the water. A lot of fast food places which serve typical local food (KFC and McDonalds are also there).

We walked all the way down towards La Peña and up to the top of La Peña which has a view over the city. Nothing special overall bit it is a nicer, cleaner part of the city with lots of security guards.
