Carloncho is one of the most typical carne en palito place (beef skewers). I highly recommend it for everyone that would like to taste a nice informal Salinas place. I can assure you the food is amazing but do not expect anything but fancy. I believe you MUST try this if you are in Salinas. I reccomend Chuzo de Carne (sausage skewers) , Carne en Palito and Choclo Con Queso (Corn with cheese) with the Chimichurri sauce. DELICIOUS!
