  Tucked away in the El Vergel neighborhood, this restaurant is worth seeking out. The chef is classically trained and very accommodating to your preferences and requests. Try the shrimp po' boy for an authentic taste of Louisiana, and finish off with Sebastian's homemade beignets or his New York style cheesecake.
