  Professional staff, the process was easy (almost amusing '_') and I got my passport back in less than a week, the only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is their application tracking system was down, kept trying with no results, when I called the helpline it wasn't helpful at all, a lady picked up while she was still handling the previous call, so I was left like that to wait, when she did finally answered she said just wait until you hear from them, anyways, I emailed the consulate !
