  A huge company like Samsung should select their employee carefully not to ruin their reputation and loose their customers!
  I visited the store today to buy a selection of appliances, I enquired first about a washing machine to only receive below poor customer service! It was dreadful I left the store shocked and I didn’t buy !!!
  I dealt with two females sitting behind a huge high desk where you can barley see their faces, I asked about availability of one washing machine which I had on my phone to be shocked to be asked to go browse around myself and try to figure out myself which one is the one I had on my phone!
  The store was empty and this two female refused to help me out they were sitting there chatting and seemed completely not interested it selling or providing any sort of the customer service!
  They seems to be there just for the wage!!
  And to be completely frank in a courtly like Algeria, I am not expecting an outstanding service we all receive in Europe or the US. However, an average service wouldn’t be bad either probably a smile and some knowledge about Samsung products would have satisfied me!
  BUT After reading all the male reviews here I guess I now know why they weren’t interested in me ( female customers don’t seems to be their favourite !!! )
  I hope a decision maker from sumsung read this!!!
