I have been there on a number of occasions and it was ok but there was this one time I went there and I was badly treated by the staff, causing a big scene. If they wish to improve, they should get more competent multilingual staff.

Very warm staff, I used to visit the restaurant and on one occasion I met the manager and he was very welcoming and ensured our table was well tended to. Plus the ambience is amazing.

The one thing that's most impressive about the hotel is its location. It's located on a 1200m above sea level amazing hill of Lala Setti, which can result in a very pleasing experience during night time as you can gaze upon the lights of the entire state from its peak, and the astonishing foggy conditions at winter time which makes you feel you're walking on clouds. For algerians in general, this hotel is more likely suitable for well off people because it's a bit too expensive.
